When a button is pressed, the device initiates a Two-Way Voice Call. The operator receives the user's pre-loaded medical profile and GPS coordinates simultaneously. Depending on the severity, the operator can contact family members, neighbors, or dispatch local Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
