A national-level Jiu Jitsu champion and certified professional,  specializes in MMA, boxing, and BJJ, combining scientific training principles with practical combat expertise.

Beyond coaching,  has led successful ventures in sports nutrition and gym equipment distribution, representing global brands like Evogen Nutrition while building his own high-performance brands. Currently,  expanding into fitness technology, MMA gym design, and direct-to-consumer sports nutrition, integrating innovation, biomechanics, and athlete collaborations to shape the future of fitness.

He's also a highly skilled MMA and kickboxing coach who knows what it takes to win, both in and out of the ring. With his experience as a Kerala State MMA referee and judge, he sees the sport from every angle. On top of that, he's a certified personal fitness trainer and is certified in CPR and trauma care, so you know you're in the safest and most capable hands.

Meet Aneesh, a distinguished strength and conditioning professional with a proven track record of success. He is a Bronze medalist at the Senior Nationals Olympic Weightlifting, a testament to his elite-level skill and dedication. As the South India Bodybuilding Gold medalist in 2021, he has a deep understanding of physique development. Furthermore, he brings his high-level coaching experience to our team as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Indian team of AIMFFA. Train with a champion who has both competed and coached at the highest levels.
